Hi Girls Just a question about the amount of solids you give your LO's.DS is almost 7 months and I have just started him on the 3rd meal of the day. I dont use tinned food so I'm just wondering how much he should have.I roughly give him about 1/2 cup serve of vegies/ meat etc. I dont usually give him anything else like yoghurt/custard etc after. So do you give 2 courses? Veg and sweets? Or just the one?
